On September 9, 2020, the Company issued 100 incorporation shares for $1.

On October 1, 2020, the Company issued 3,500,000 common shares at a price of $0.005 per share for gross proceeds of $17,500 to the founders. The founder shares had a fair value of $175,000 and as a result, the Company recorded share-based compensation of $157,500 and a corresponding increase to contributed surplus.

On December 22, 2020, the Company completed a private placement for 3,700,000 common shares at a price of $0.05 per share for gross proceeds of $185,000.

On February 11, 2021, the Company completed a private placement for 3,175,000 common shares at a price of $0.10 per share for gross proceeds of $317,500.
